Welcome to Engarui Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, sale of parts, and all transactions with Engarui Limited (ABN/IPA registered business).

By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services and Products

Engarui Limited provides:

• Sale of spare parts and accessories for Lucas Mill sawmills, engines (GB460E, GB750, Loncin, Kohler, ZS Power, etc.), and related timber equipment.
• Saw retipping and saw doctoring services.
• Rebuild and maintenance services for sawmills and engines.
• Other associated products and services.

All work is carried out at our workshop in Mount Hagen, Papua New Guinea. Customers are responsible for delivering their equipment or blades to our workshop.

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• A deposit may be required before commencing work on rebuilds, retipping, or custom orders.

3. Payment

• Full payment is required before collection of goods or completed services unless a credit account has been approved.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, and any other methods we may advise.
• Title of goods remains with Engarui Limited until full payment is received.

4. Service and Repair Terms

• All repairs and rebuilds are quoted based on inspection. Final cost may vary if additional faults are found.
• We will endeavour to complete work in a timely manner, but no guaranteed turnaround times are provided unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Customers must collect their equipment promptly after notification that work is complete. Storage fees may apply for uncollected items after 14 days.

5. Warranty

• New parts carry manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
• Our workmanship on retipping, rebuilds, and maintenance is warranted for 30 days from collection date, covering defects in our service only.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper operation.
• Warranty is void if unauthorised repairs are carried out.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Custom services (retipping, rebuilds) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Stock parts may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition, subject to a restocking fee.
• No refunds on opened or used electrical/electronic items or special-order parts.

7. Liability

• Engarui Limited is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or downtime resulting from the use or failure of our products or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services provided.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your order, provide services, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
