How We Ship

We ship from our base in Mount Hagen to every province and centre across Papua New Guinea. Because many areas do not have direct courier presence, we use a combination of trusted logistics options:

• Courier services (where available)
• Airlines (for faster delivery to major centres and remote airstrips)
• PMV buses and road transport
• Our wantok connections and local agents (especially helpful for remote highlands and rural areas)

This flexible approach allows us to reach customers even in places where traditional suppliers have no presence.

Delivery Times

• Major centres (Lae, Port Moresby, Mount Hagen, Goroka, Madang, etc.): Usually 2–7 business days depending on the transport method chosen.
• Other towns and districts: 5–14 business days.
• Remote areas: Up to 3 weeks in some cases due to weather, road conditions, or flight schedules.

We work hard to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight and size of the items
• Destination
• Chosen shipping method

We always aim for the most cost-effective and reliable option for your location. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. For heavy or bulky items (e.g., engines, gearboxes, large rollers), freight charges will be higher.

Note: Some remote areas may require additional handling fees or arrangements. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you:

• A tracking number (where available)
• Details of the transport method and expected arrival

Important Information

• All delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to weather, road conditions, airline schedules, or public holidays — common realities in PNG.
• We strongly recommend ordering in advance whenever possible to avoid any disruption to your operations.
• For urgent orders, please call us directly so we can prioritise and advise the fastest available route.
• Fragile or high-value items are carefully packed to survive PNG’s transport conditions.
